Outbound | Digital eInvoice Sending

Xtracta offers a reliable outbound eInvoicing solution. As an accredited access point on the Peppol network, Xtracta is able to send eInvoices to any user on the network on behalf of its users. With comprehensive field support, access to data formatting and validation libraries and more, the system allows a smooth and simple to implement way to send out eInvoices.

Outbound | PDF to eInvoice

For organizations looking to send eInvoices to their clients with minimal fuss or system setup, Xtracta offers one of the simplest solutions on the market. Simply send a PDF invoice to a dedicated Xtracta email address and Xtracta will convert the PDF invoice and send it to the recipient as an eInvoice over the Peppol network.

With most billing, accounting, ERP and other software already able to generate and email PDFs of invoices, this allows you to start sending eInvoices with practically no system integration or development required.

The recipient’s business number (used by the Peppol network to deliver the eInvoice) can either be printed on the invoice (such as in the Bill To information area) or recorded inside of Xtracta and matched from details within the invoice such as the Billed To name, address or other data within the document.
